We are looking for a fresh and very fruity, spicy wine with balanced astringency, touches of wild raspberries, raspberry seeds, blackberries, plums, blueberries, pepper and cinnamon. The wine should not have burnt tones or hints of rubber. The wine can have oak character, but it is not a requirement.
