We are looking for a dry, fresh, youthful, balanced wine typical of its grape variety with the character of nettles, gooseberry, black currant leaves, white peach, herbs, passion fruit and mineral. The wine should not have pronounced pyrazin-character. The wine may have hints of oak but it is not a requirement.
